Description
National Trade Tech’s Building & Facilities Maintenance program is a 150-clock-hour course preparing learners for entry-level building, facilities, and property-maintenance roles. The curriculum covers safety, tools, electrical fundamentals, plumbing and water systems, mechanical systems, HVAC awareness, refrigerant handling, appliance service, building controls, and preventive maintenance using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
Instruction is delivered 100% online through asynchronous lessons and embedded virtual reality skills simulations.
The program is available in English and Spanish.
Each student receives a free laptop and virtual reality headset.
