Description

Project managers are essential change agents within any organization. As a project manager, you take ownership of project objectives and help foster a collective sense of purpose among project teams. As you prepare for the PMP® or CAPM® exam with our PMP training course, taught by a certified PMP® instructor, you can tackle the best approaches for agile, iterative, and adaptive environments — and better understand the human side of project management.

Through our Project Management Certificate, you will:

  • Analyze the role of project management in contemporary organizations.

  • Evaluate the various project management models, including an overview of the Agile model.

  • Utilize the critical project management terminology used throughout the PMBOK® and PMP® exams.

  • Describe, in detail, the key components of the 5 Phases of every project: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and controlling, and closure.
