Description
The Veterinary Technician Degree is one of only a few online programs that is fully accredited by the AVMA (American Veterinary Medical Association), which provides eligibility to sit for the VTNE (Veterinary Technician National Examination) certification exam and/or additional state licensing. It is a four semester Associates degree, enriched with discussion boards and webinars for interactive learning. The program also includes mandatory clinical externship portions for hands-on experience assisting a veterinarian and veterinary technicians in a licensed clinic or animal hospital.
