Description

The Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) program will prepare you for an entry level position in the field of nursing. Demand for skilled professionals at all levels of the nursing field is high and our program will have you ready to enter this field and start your career.


Graduates of this program are prepared to work in long term care facilities and many other areas of the health care industry.


You will learn quality patient care, diagnostic and medical procedures, and medical terminology as well as all the necessary personal touches is takes to be a top notch LNA.


The program consists of 100 hours divided between classroom, clinical and lab time.

Refund Policy

Students will be given a full refund if the course for which you registered is cancelled by Southwest Tech for any reason or if the student withdraws from the course no later than the first class meeting.  For withdrawals within the first week of class meetings, students may be entitled to a 50% refund at the discretion of the Workforce and Adult Technical Education Coordinator after a review of the circumstances. After the first week, no refund will be provided.
