No property management experience? Good. We'll train you. If you've run a front desk, managed a shift, kept a restaurant moving or worked a teller line, you already have the hard part: staying organized and kind under pressure. We'll teach you the rest. How training works You'll learn on the job next to an experienced property manager, with our own 14-module training program behind you. You take on more as you're ready, not all at once. What you'll do • Be a friendly, reliable contact for residents • Help show apartments and process applications • Line up repairs with our maintenance technicians • Learn AppFolio and our other systems (we'll teach you) Where it leads We promote from within. The goal is for you to run your own portfolio as a Property Manager ($55K–$65K). How it works A five-minute application, no account needed.
