What You’ll Do:
*Sell lift tickets, season passes, and other resort products.
*Explain ticket options, pricing, programs, and resort services.
*Process cash, credit, and gift card transactions accurately.
*Answer guest questions in person and over the phone.
*Stay up to date on resort activities, events, and amenities.
*Help resolve guest concerns and manage lost-and-found items.
*Balance daily sales and complete required paperwork.
