Tamarack Craftsman is a growing residential construction company specializing in high-quality renovations, custom carpentry, additions, and residential building projects throughout Central Vermont.

We're looking for dependable, motivated individuals who take pride in their work, value professionalism, and want to be part of a company built around quality, integrity, and doing things right the first time.

We're hiring at all experience levels:

• Entry-Level Carpenters: Willing to learn, work hard, and develop their skills.

• Experienced Carpenters: Confident in framing, finish carpentry, remodeling, and general residential construction.

• Lead Carpenters: Capable of working independently, solving problems, maintaining quality standards, and helping coordinate jobsite operations.

• $22–$40 per hour, based on experience, skill, and responsibility.

Experience in framing, interior and exterior finish carpentry, remodeling, window and door installation, or general residential construction is valuable.

Applicants should have reliable transportation and basic personal hand tools appropriate to their experience level. Larger equipment and specialty tools are provided.

For experienced carpenters: We're particularly interested in individuals who can take ownership of their work, think ahead, solve problems, and deliver consistent, high-quality results without constant supervision.
