The Agency of Transportation (AOT) is looking to fill the position of Central Garage Fleet Operations Supervisor in Berlin. You will lead a team of regional supervisors, technicians and parts specialists in the service, maintenance, repair and many other aspects of operations of our fleet of vehicles and equipment. A successful candidate will have demonstrated fleet operational aptitude related to mechanical ability, scheduling, training, communicating and will know how to prioritize and delegate work appropriately.

Work is performed in both office and field/shop environments. Duties may involve: Outdoor exposure in winter and summer conditions. Vehicle equipment installation/removal. Moderate lifting, snow removal assistance, and physical operational support. Exposure to damaged vehicle components, fluids, debris, or other hazardous conditions. Extended hours during emergencies.
