Job Description
The Cleaner/Janitorial Technician is responsible for performing routine and specialized cleaning services to maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe environment within commercial offices and facilities. Duties include cleaning restrooms, shampooing carpets, disinfecting and washing walls and glass using basic cleaning tools and equipment such as mop, broom, vacuum, power washer and cleaning products to perform assigned duties according to company standards; Gather and dispose of trash. Follow established safety procedures, properly handling and storing cleaning chemicals, using required personal protective equipment, identifying, and reporting safety hazards, and maintaining compliance with company safety standards.
