Incentives & Pay
$22.28-$35.10/hour (based on experience)
Full benefits: medical, dental, vision, PTO, 403(b), tuition + pet insurance
3 shifts available to submit for once oriented on days (days, evenings, nights)
Shift Differentials: Evenings +$2.75 | Nights +$6.50 | Weekends +$3.50
Parking: garage (evenings/nights/weekends) | shuttle (days)
Up to $10,000 Sign-On Bonus (subject to taxes, terms, change)

Operate autoclaves and washer/disinfectors
Prepare surgical case carts
Follow strict infection prevention standardsRequired Qualifications
Sterile Processing / SPD / Central Sterile experience (required)
CRCST or CSPDT certification (required)
Detail-oriented, dependable, team-focused
