Harbour offers full-time opportunities across first (7 AM - 3 PM), second (3-11 PM), and third (11 PM - 7 AM) shifts, giving you greater flexibility to find a schedule that works for you. Shift availability, hours, pay, and applicable shift differentials may vary by opening.

What you’ll do
- Set up, operate, and adjust manufacturing machinery according to specifications and operating procedures.
- Use gauges and other measuring devices to ensure accurate product output.
- Perform in-process quality inspections to verify product integrity.
- Use hand tools efficiently and safely.
- Read routing sheets and follow production requirements.
- Maintain accurate production reports and records.
- Learn different production stations and cross-train on multiple machines.
- Follow established safety standards and procedures.
- Work collaboratively with the production team to deliver high-quality products.
