Job Description
Purpose
The eCommerce Shopper provides a friendly, courteous, and “just like you picked it” experience. The eCommerce Shopper, with the use of a picking device, is responsible for compiling online merchandise orders for customers. The eCommerce Shopper will process approximately 10 to 20 orders per day. Using a picking device, the eCommerce Shopper will retrieve items from the shelves to fill the on-line order, checking items
for freshness, making smart substitutions, and following proper bagging techniques. Once the order is complete the eCommerce Shopper will stage the order until the customer or delivery driver arrives. Upon arrival, the shopper will retrieve the order and complete a timely and courteous handoff.
