Job Description

Position Summary:

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and reliable Server to join our Food & Beverage team. The Server is responsible for providing exceptional guest service while accurately taking and serving food and beverage orders in a fast-paced dining environment.

The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, can confidently multitask, and maintains a positive and composed attitude during busy shifts. A strong knowledge of food and beverage offerings, attention to detail, and a commitment to creating an excellent guest experience are essential to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

*Greet and engage with guests in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner.

*Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.

*Maintain strong knowledge of food, beer, wine, and beverage menus.

*Make knowledgeable recommendations and confidently present daily food and beverage specials.

*Follow all food allergy policies and safety protocols.

*Ensure guests receive the correct orders and are satisfied with their dining experience.

*Identify and address guest concerns promptly and professionally, seeking assistance from a supervisor when needed.

*Prepare guest checks and accurately process payments.

*Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked dining and service areas.

*Clear tableware between courses and reset tables as needed.

*Clear tables, floors, and windowsills promptly after guests depart.

*Complete assigned side work throughout the shift.

*Vacuum and clean the restaurant as needed.

*Work collaboratively with kitchen, service, and management teams to provide an exceptional guest experience.

*Perform other duties as assigned by a supervisor.
