Job Description
A well-established condo association in Killington, VT is seeking a full-time Property
Manager to join our year-round property maintenance team.
This is a hands-on position with plenty of variety. We are looking for someone who is reliable,
motivated, works well both independently and as part of a team, and takes pride in doing quality
work. The right candidate will have general handyman or property maintenance experience and
be comfortable handling a variety of repairs, maintenance projects, grounds work, and seasonal
responsibilities.

General property maintenance and repairs
● Light plumbing and electrical work
● Basic carpentry and handyman projects
● Snow removal and winter property maintenance
● Groundskeeping and seasonal upkeep
● Assist with preventative maintenance and property improvement projects
● Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for property emergencies
● Communicate professionally with owners, vendors, and other team members
