Job Summary:
Sweet Tree Holdings is seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Worker to join our team. As a Maintenance Worker, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities and equipment. This is a vital role in our organization, as you will play a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate will have experience with pumps, plumbing, and electrical.
Candidates should have a background and job experience in one or more of the following:
- Boiler operation and maintenance
- Vacuum pump operation and maintenance
- Plumbing work and design layout
- Millwright work
Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to, repairing and maintaining machinery, equipment, and systems
- Conduct inspections to identify potential issues or malfunctions and implement necessary repairs
- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems using technical resources
- Weld and fabricate components (as needed)
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Work as a team as well as independently
- Always maintain a safe work environment
- Other tasks as determined by management, including use of agricultural equipment (when needed)
- Have a valid state issued Drivers License as well as be able to keep Sweet Tree's management up to date with any changes to your drivers license.
