Job Description
+ Youth Shelter Setting
+ Work involves supporting youth aged 18-24 in a shelter setting.
+ Role includes helping youth achieve goals, heal from trauma, and develop life skills.
+ Foster a safe and engaging environment.
+ Communication and crossover with other staff is expected.
+ Schedules and shifts are subject to change.
+ May require sitting, standing, use of stairs, and lifting or moving up to 20 pounds.
Minimum Requirements:
+ High School diploma or equivalent required
+ Associate’s degree in behavioral studies or related field, or equivalent experience preferred (or per facility requirements)
+ Minimum of one (1) year relevant experience preferred
+ Current CPR if applicable
+ TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
+ Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
+ Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
+ Must be at least 18 years of age
- Full Time Youth Coach’s**
+ Opening #1: Tues-Fri 4p-2a – 2nd shift – 4 10’s
+ Opening #2: M-F 130a-930a
+ Pay: $24/hr
+ 40 hrs/week
+ 4 days on, 3 days off
+ 13 Week Contract
