Title: Production Technician

Wage: $17.50 to $23.00 with growth potential

Shift: 6am – 4:30pm Mon – Thurs. 4-10 hr shift

If using public transportation shift will be 7:15am to 4:00pm Monday through Thursday

W.C.W. Inc., seeks a Full and Part-Time Production, 1st shift Production Technician. WCW works a 4 day, 10 hour-hour-per-day work schedule. Casual Overtime is offered when available.

We are seeking a reliable, hard-working individual that is detail oriented, reads a measure, follows both written and verbal instruction, maintains established quality standards, learns quickly and retains new information well. Willingness to become fork truck certified is a plus.  This role will cross train in multiple areas overtime to add diverse value to production and productivity across departments.

This position will start off in the consumer mattress assembly area, train with our current associates and move to other areas as directed by the production supervisor. Expectations are you will work with co-workers in a safe, professional and cooperative manner, maintain good attendance, flexible in job assignments, adapt to changing business needs, and continually learn and apply new skills and knowledge as well as follow all company policies

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent  preferred
• Strong Attention to Detail
• Follow written and verbal technical instructions
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational skills
• Able to work well with co-workers and contribute to a team work environment
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs, ability to stand, walk, bend and lift for prolonged periods of time.
