We’re hiring a Group Sales Manager who thrives on building relationships, closing business, and bringing groups to life at one of Vermont’s most unique resort destinations. This is an hourly role with a full incentive program, giving you the chance to earn while doing what you do best—driving revenue and creating incredible guest experiences.

What You’ll Do:

* Sell the Experience

* Drive revenue across lodging, events, lift tickets, rentals, lessons, and group activities

* Actively prospect, network, and generate new business through referrals, trade shows, and outreach

* Build customized proposals that turn inquiries into booked business

Own the Group Journey:

* Manage the group experience from signed contract through departure

* Stay connected with clients throughout the process to ensure a seamless experience

* Lead site tours, client visits, and introductions that showcase everything Burke has to offer

Hit Goals & Maximize Revenue:

* Identify upsell opportunities across resort offerings

* Stay focused on revenue goals—and develop strategies to exceed them

* Track activity and performance using CRM and sales systems Be a Trusted Partner:

* Collaborate with resort teams to bring each group experience to life

* Communicate client needs, changes, and VIP details clearly

* Conduct post-event follow-ups to build repeat and referral business
