Job Description

We're looking for someone who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in producing quality results. This position includes interior and exterior painting, drywall repairs, light carpentry, and general maintenance projects.

• Interior and exterior painting
• Drywall repair and patching
• Spackling and finishing
• Light carpentry
• General repairs and maintenance
• Assist with improvement projects throughout the year

Experience in one or more of the following is preferred:

• Painting
• Carpentry
• Drywall
• Property maintenance
• General construction
