Job Description
SUMMARY OF POSITION FUNCTION:
Assists the Maintenance Department in keeping the buildings and grounds clean and healthy according to safety
standards.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assists in the interior and exterior janitorial needs, building maintenance, and ground keeping assignments.
• Assists in moving furniture, equipment, or fixtures as required.
• Assists in the repair or replacement of doors, windows, walls, flooring, and other wooden structure.
• Assists in the repair or replacement of plumbing, electrical wiring, heating, air condition systems, lights,
control switches, and other electrical items.
• Assists with the planting, pruning, fertilizing, and transplanting of flowers, shrubs, trees, and bushes etc.
