Job Description

Sweet Tree Holdings is looking for Production Plant Workers at our Island Pond Facility. Production workers work on the production line doing a variety of tasks including boxing, labeling, bottle feeding, moving pallets, and more. We offer a great benefits package to full time workers as well as 4-day workweeks.

Wages above $16.00/hour will be based on relevant experience.

Sweet Tree is one of the largest Maple Syrup Producers in the world and we want you to be part of it!

Requirements:

• Be physically able to do manual labor
• Be able to lift and move 50lbs regularly throughout the day
• Be able to maintain Good Manufacturing Practices
• Align with Sweet Tree's Culture / Standards
• Must have valid photo ID as well as good transportation.
• Open Availability and ability to be on call during the Maple Boiling Season
• Be able to stand for long periods of time
• Be able to work at a fast pace
• Must be 16 years old or older.

Usual Schedule: Monday - Thursday. Some Friday's will be required (Vary Depending on Needs of Firm)

Typical Hours: 6 am - 4:30 pm (this will vary for 16 and 17 year olds)
