Summit Lodge Resort is seeking a friendly, organized, and hospitality-driven Front Desk Associate to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play an important role in creating a warm and welcoming experience for wedding guests, event attendees, vacationers, and winter skiers alike.

During the summer and fall, Summit Lodge Resort hosts weddings, private events, and group gatherings. Throughout the winter season, the resort welcomes guests visiting Killington for skiing, snowboarding, and other outdoor adventures. We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional guest service.

• Greet guests with professionalism and genuine hospitality.
• Manage guest check-in and check-out efficiently and accurately.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries regarding reservations, accommodations, amenities, and local attractions.
• Assist guests with room reservations, modifications, cancellations, and special requests.
• Provide information about resort amenities, wedding and event activities, seasonal offerings, and the Killington area.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and event staff to ensure rooms and guest services meet Summit Lodge standards.
• Process payments and maintain accurate reservation and guest records.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues when appropriate.
• Help create a welcoming atmosphere for individual travelers, families, wedding parties, and event guests.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk and lobby area.

• Previous customer service, hospitality, hotel, or resort experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable using computers and reservation or property management systems.
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-oriented during busy periods.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, especially during wedding season and the winter ski season.
• A positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and commitment to providing outstanding guest experiences.
