2nd Shift Production Supervisor
Location: Middlebury, Vermont | Onsite Manufacturing Role
Vermont Hard Cider Co., d.b.a. Green Mountain Beverage, is a leading co-packaging partner and manufacturer of hard cider, alcoholic, and specialty non-alcoholic beverages. We’re looking for a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to lead our evening crew—keeping things running smoothly, supporting the team, and making sure production stays safe and efficient. You will lead off-shift production in a fully supported shift structure, with maintenance, quality, sanitation, and operations resources available to keep beverage packaging running safely and efficiently. What You Will Do
• Lead employees and temporary workers with coaching, accountability, and clear expectations.
• Drive canning, kegging, and variety pack execution.
• Use floor observations and metrics to improve flow, quality, downtime, and sanitation readiness.
• Coordinate staffing, handoffs, reporting, escalations, and cross-functional support.
