Job Description: Responsible for cleaning and maintaining all rooms, suites, and indoor common areas at Stratton Mountain Resort, which includes vacuuming floors, dusting, replenishing linens and towels, disinfecting bathrooms, and washing windows. 

Experience Requirement: 3 months housekeeping or service experience at a hotel, resort or private club. 
Education Requirement: No Level of Education Required.
Training or Certification Requirement: No Training Required.
Special Requirements for the Job: Three (3) months of housekeeping experience at a high-end hotel, resort, or private club required.
On-the-Job Training provided. Will Train.

Job location: 5 Village Lodge Road, Stratton Mountain VT 05155; 1875 Depot St., Manchester, VT 05255; 2187 Depot St., Manchester Center, VT 05255.
Hours Per Week: 35
Frequency of Pay: Bi-weekly
Days and Shifts: Following Shifts are available 7 days a week including weekends and holidays. Work hours from: 6:00am-1:00pm, 7:00am-2:00pm, 8:00am-3:00pm, 12:00pm-7:00pm, shifts based on the time of the season, daylight, and need.
Hourly Wage: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour (Based on merit, experience and lead roles)
Possible Wage Increase: Raises may be given based on merit, experience and lead roles.
Overtime Possible: Overtime may be available at $30.00 to $34.50 per hour.
Bonus: Gratuities possible.
Pay Period: A single work week, starting Saturday, will be used to calculate hourly wages, and will be paid bi-weekly. 

Optional housing is offered on a first-come, first-serve basis for workers who are relocating to begin employment. Cost of housing, if accepted, starts at  $125.00 per week. If used, total cost of housing will be paid directly to employer by employee. A $125.00 refundable security deposit is required, to be paid directly to employer upon acceptance of housing. 
Daily transportation to and from worksite is provided for workers living in employee housing.
Optional Deductions from Paycheck: 401k, Optional Housing deduction.
Fringe Benefits: Meal and retail discounts, free ski lift pass.

Visa Fees: The employer will reimburse the H-2B worker in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government, incurred by the H-2B worker (but need not include passport expenses or other charges primarily for the benefit of the worker). Employer will make all deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law. Three-Fourths Guarantee: In accordance with 20 CFR 655.20(f); the employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period. Inbound/Outbound Transportation: Transportation and subsistence costs from the place from which the worker has to travel, whether in the U.S. or abroad, to the place of employment will be provided to the worker by check if the worker completes 50% of the period of employment. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for worker's reasonable cost of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $16.78 per day (without receipts) up to a maximum of $68 per day (with receipts), consistent with 20 CFR.20(j)(1)(i) and 20 CFR 655.20(j)(1)(ii). Tools: The employer will provide to the worker, without charge or deposit charge, all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the duties assign in accordance with 20 CFR 655.20(k).
