Job Description

What You’ll Do:

* Scrape, rinse, and wash dishes by hand or using dishwashing equipment throughout service

* Clean pots, pans, trays, and kitchen utensils

* Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, stairwells, worktables, refrigerators, and prep areas

* Assist with trash, recycling, and compost removal at the end of service

* Clean and sanitize garbage cans and waste areas

* Polish silverware using appropriate equipment and methods

* Transport dishes, supplies, and equipment between kitchen and service areas

* Support team with maintaining walkways and service areas at Tamarack Lodge

* Assist with additional tasks as needed to support kitchen operations
