Job Description

What You’ll Do:

* Prepare and cook menu items to quality and presentation standards

* Follow proper food handling, storage, and safety guidelines (ServSafe standards)

* Assist with daily prep (chopping, peeling, labeling, and dating food items)

* Maintain stock levels and ensure stations are set for service

* Keep kitchen areas clean, including supporting dishwashing, trash removal, and breakdown

* Perform opening, closing, and side work duties

* Support other resort dining outlets as needed

* Help maintain a safe and sanitary kitchen environment

* Arrive in proper uniform and follow grooming standards
