Job Description

We are looking for individuals to help build trail-ready snowshoes by shaping, bending, stamping, and riveting components. This is light, hands-on, and satisfying work where you can see each pair of snowshoes take form.

By joining our team, you will help create the gear that keeps winter adventurers moving. This is a seasonal role that offers flexibility as production levels change throughout the year. Hours shift with demand, making it an excellent fit for those who enjoy a dynamic schedule.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Bend aluminum tubing using a manual or air operated bender

Rivet snowshoe decks to aluminum frame using tubular rivets

Rivet snowshoe decks to aluminum frame using pop rivets

Use punch presses to stamp out snowshoe pieces

Trim or cut aluminum tubing to length when needed using a bandsaw as needed

Fill out production logs.

Consistently produce parts according to specifications and minimize defects.

Keep a clean workspace.

Ability to lift up to 40lbs

Ability to communicate effectively

Proficiency in English

Ability to read and use precision measuring devices like a micrometers and calipers
