Job Description
Inspect aircraft components and systems to identify cracks, leaks, and defects. Repair and overhaul various aircraft components using original and FAA PMA approved parts. Replace worn or damaged components using hand tools and test equipment. Assemble, install, and test, mechanical, and structural components. Test components and systems using test cells, and other diagnostic tools. Diagnose malfunctions through sound, visual inspection, and testing. Disassemble components to inspect turbine blades, housing, and other critical rotating group parts. Inventory, requisition, and manage parts and materials. Coordinate with team members during fitting, alignment, and repair processes. Read and interpret component maintenance manuals, service bulletins, and technical specifications. Document all preventive and corrective maintenance in company ERP system. Perform routine and special inspections in compliance with regulations.
