Job Description
OverviewThe Administrative Services & Operations Team at DVHA is currently seeking an experienced dynamic administrative professional to join our team. Work in a supportive work environment with a Monday-Friday schedule, eleven paid state holidays, in addition to a robust benefits package.
The primary function of the Administrative Services Coordinator II role is to work within a team of administrative professionals to provide executive level support to Senior Leadership in our Commissioner's office. This requires a high degree of confidentiality and the ability to work well under pressure with various competing priorities. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
The following are examples of work that may be performed in this role:
· Executive level administrative support.
· Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, arranging travel.
· Obtaining approval and signatures for a large volume of various items from across the department.
· Support updating content, creating new content, and general management in SharePoint.
· Generalized admin support for the department to include set up for board meetings, IT helpdesk tickets, mail, and etc...

As of July 12, 2026, the step 1 rate for pay grade 22 will be $26.50 per hour and the step 15 rate will be $41.37 per hour.
