  • Guest Check-In/Check-Out: Process arrivals and departures, collect keys, and provide information about amenities, local attractions, and services.

  • Reservations & Scheduling: Manage booking systems, confirm reservations, and handle last-minute changes.

  • Communication Hub: Relay guest needs to kitchen, housekeeping, maintenance, and the innkeeper. 

  • Information & Assistance: Answer guest inquiries about policies, room availability, and local recommendations.

  • Breakfast Service Support: assist with breakfast service by coordinating with kitchen staff, preparing coffee/tea, and serving guests.

  • Problem Resolution: Address guest concerns promptly and professionally.
