Direct Support Professional, DSP

Join us as a Direct Support Professional (DSP)! DSPs play a pivotal role in helping individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities lead more autonomous lives, pursue their personal interests, and actively participate in their communities. As a DSP, you'll work closely with clients, providing individualized support and fostering a positive and supportive environment. Previous experience is beneficial but not required, as we provide training. We also offer flexible scheduling options and reimbursements for mileage.

Part-time to Full Time positions available. Evenings, weekends and holidays may be required.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing support and guidance in employment settings to help individuals obtain and maintain employment.
• Advocating for and assisting individuals in developing competent and respectful relationships with family, community, and others.
• Facilitating valued social roles and relationships, and helping individuals develop natural supports in the community and work sites.
