Job Description
CDL Class A – Dump Truck Driver
Cersosimo Industries, Inc. is seeking an experienced CDL Class A driver to operate tri-axle dump trucks hauling aggregate materials. This is a local driving position throughout Southern Vermont — drivers are home every night.
Job Responsibilities
- Operate tri-axle dump trucks safely and efficiently
- Complete sales slips, vehicle inspection logs, and required paperwork
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Follow company policies, DOT regulations, and MSHA safety standards
- Follow dispatch and delivery instructions carefully
- Inspect delivery areas to ensure safe unloading conditions
- Perform light labor duties as needed, including shoveling and climbing on/off equipment
- Maintain trucks in a clean and orderly condition
- Work effectively as part of a team
Experience operating additional heavy equipment such as loaders, excavators, or haul trucks is a plus, but not required.
