Inn Team Member (Housekeeping, Breakfast Service & Front Desk)

Compensation & Schedule Options
Full-Time:
+ $20/hour + event gratuities (wedding weekends)
+ Paid Time Off
+ Health Care Coverage

Part-Time:
+ $18/hour
+ Flexible schedule
Start Date: Beginning mid-August
Schedule Requirements: Weekends are required
Typical Hours (flexible as needed):
+ Tuesday – Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
+ Friday & Saturday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
Breakfast Service
+ Prepare and serve breakfast to guests (à la carte or buffet based on occupancy)
+ Set up and maintain breakfast area
+ Ensure cleanliness and restocking during service
Front Desk & Guest Services
+ Manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs
+ Operate the property management system (PMS)
+ Answer phones and assist with guest inquiries
+ Provide a high level of guest engagement and hospitality
Housekeeping
+ Clean and refresh guest rooms daily
+ Maintain cleanliness of common areas
+ Ensure overall presentation of the property meets standards
Qualifications
+ Previous hospitality, housekeeping, or customer service experience preferred
+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
+ Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
+ Friendly, professional, and guest-focused demeanor
+ Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Requirements
+ Availability to work weekends (required)
+ Flexibility with schedule
+ Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs
Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
