Job Description
Prepare and cook authentic Mediterranean cuisine, including shawarma, kebabs, traditional breads, grilled meats, dips, salads, and other Mediterranean specialty dishes. Responsibilities include seasoning and marinating meats, operating grills and kitchen equipment, preparing fresh ingredients and sauces, baking bread, maintaining food presentation and quality standards, supervising kitchen staff, monitoring inventory and food preparation processes, and ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
