OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated Civil Rights Program Coordinator to join our dynamic team at the Agency of Transportation. This role offers the opportunity to work agency-wide, collaborating with multiple program partners, including our transportation contractors and workforce.
This position will:
- Coordinate and support civil rights programs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to remove workforce barriers and support workforce development.
- Help individuals succeed in transportation-related careers.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to efficiently gather and interpret data.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Power BI, SharePoint, and the Microsoft Suite, including Forms and Power Automate.
- Strategic and innovative thinking.
- Experience working with diverse populations.

Duties are performed primarily in a standard office setting. Considerable travel to district offices, work sites, and other field locations will be required, for which private means of transportation must be available.
