We are currently seeking an experienced Office/Account Manager to join our Vermont team.   Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and insurance requirements.
  • Manage the renewal process for personal or commercial accounts, including preparing quotes, negotiating terms, and presenting options to clients.
  • Collaborate with underwriters and Account Executives to ensure optimal coverage and pricing for our clients.
  • Provide ongoing support and service to clients, addressing any inquiries or issues that may arise.
  • Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and product offerings to provide informed recommendations.
  • Assist in identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities within the existing client base.
  • Prepare and present reports on account performance and client satisfaction.
  What We’re Looking For:
 3+ years of commercial or personal insurance account management experience
 Active insurance license
 Strong knowledge of commercial or personal lines products
 Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
 Analytical mindset and problem-solving ability
 Experience with Applied Epic is a big plus   Benefits Include:
