Reporting to the General Manager, this senior role serves as a key advisor to leadership and the Board, ensuring compliance, guiding regulatory strategy, and representing SED before state, federal, and municipal bodies.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead regulatory proceedings, filings, and compliance with the Vermont Public Utility Commission, ISO‑NE, FERC, and other agencies
- Advise leadership and the Board on legal, regulatory, and policy matters
- Oversee Integrated Resource Planning, Renewable Energy Standard compliance, and Tier 3 programs
- Manage grant applications, awards, and compliance for state and federal funding
- Coordinate with outside counsel, consultants, and industry partners
