employer on-site. The demand for labor increases significantly during this period due to the volume of poultry that must be raised, managed, and processed for market, thereby creating a temporary

and dressing fowl in preparation for market. Workers will catch and transport fowl to the processing area; hang live poultry in shackles and perform bleed-out procedures; make required knife cuts;
remove, separate, and prepare viscera; debone and grind meat; and apply labels and record weights. Workers will clean and sanitize all rooms, equipment, and work areas in accordance with USDA

hours per week. The range of hours accounts for varying poultry processing needs, such as flock readiness and processing schedules, to ensure that workers can complete the required weekly hours.
Workers will not be scheduled to work a full 12-hour shift. Workers will be provided with a 60-minute lunch break, staggered between 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m., as determined by both the workers and
management. Workers may choose where to eat their lunch and must return to work after the 60-minute break. In addition, workers will receive a 15-minute break in the morning and a 15-minute break
in the afternoon, as agreed upon by the worker and management. The daily and weekly work schedules may vary due to poultry processing needs, including flock readiness, processing schedules, and
other operational factors. The employer will notify workers of any changes to the schedule. Workers will receive one day of training and two days of work to demonstrate satisfactory performance of the
duties described in this job description. The employer will provide, at no cost to the workers, all tools, supplies, and equipment necessary to perform the assigned duties. Workers must be able to
