OverviewThe Vermont Department of Liquor and Lottery (DLL) is seeking a collaborative, detail-driven financial professional to join our team as the Financial Manager for the Vermont Lottery Enterprise Fund. This position serves as a senior expert in Vermont Lottery financial management and plays a central role in overseeing fiscal operations, ensuring compliance with accounting principles. The ideal candidate should demonstrate integrity, effective management of internal controls, and keen attention to detail.
This position will:
- Supervise the Lottery accounting team.
- Perform senior professional work in maintaining accounting and financial records.
- Analyze financial reports, programs, costs, payments, and accounting processes.
- Oversee all fiscal operations for the Vermont Lottery Enterprise Fund.
- Ensure compliance with accepted accounting principles and standards.
