Job Description
OverviewThe Department of Corrections (DOC) is recruiting for a forward-thinking and dynamic individual to fill the role of Financial Administrator II in our fast-paced Central Business Office. This position will be the lead for the Incarcerated Commissary and Banking system currently used by DOC to administer all financial transactions for Incarcerated Individuals. In addition, this position will be a lead expense coordinator for the department and our Purchasing Card Program. The Financial Administrator II will also complete transactions related to Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger. Critical tasks associated with this position include daily banking reporting of the Incarcerated Trust Account, Lockbox and Pass-Through accounts, expense report approvals, . This position must possess the ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the department.
