Job Description
OverviewThe Administrative Services Coordinator will report directly to the Senior Hearings Examiner. This position will support the day to day operation of the Agency of Transporation (AOT) Hearings Section.
Duties include:
- Processing incoming correspondence
- Answering phones/messages
- Providing assistance to the general public as needed
This position will also perform certain tasks under the direction of a Hearings Examiner, including complaint intake, identifying and reviewing relevant documents for hearing, preparing exhibits, scheduling proceedings with all parties utilizing MS Outlook, issuing notices to petitioners, and opening and closing case files. A high level of confidentiality is required.
Environmental FactorsWork is performed in a standard office setting.
