Responsibilities
- Manage front desk duties including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and directing calls with excellent phone etiquette.
- Handle all aspects of office management such as filing, data entry, calendar management, and organizing documents using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
- Provide exceptional support by responding promptly to inquiries, supporting patient needs, and maintaining positive communication channels.
- Coordinate appointments, schedule meetings, and manage calendar updates for team members or executives efficiently.
- Perform clerical tasks such as proofreading documents, preparing reports, maintaining filing systems, and ensuring data accuracy.
- Assist with special projects including office organization initiatives or personal assistant duties as needed to enhance overall office productivity.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and basic computer literacy.
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, phone etiquette, and front desk operations.
- Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for proofreading and data entry tasks.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
