Job Description
SUMMARY A Lift Attendant’s purpose is to safely load and unload guests on ski lifts and provide exceptional customer service.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (include the following, other duties may be assigned)
• Perform daily pre-operation and post-operation safety inspections.
• Safely load and unload guests on ski lifts.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Perform trail designation based on ability level.
• Possess organizational knowledge on events, weather, trail count, snowmaking, etc.
• Other duties as assigned, which could be directly related or unrelated to original position.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
