Job Description
4-day work week!!! The Weatherization Assistance Program helps income-eligible Vermonters save fuel and money by improving the energy efficiency of their homes. The work includes:
- Insulating (e.g., cellulose, spray foam, rigid foam)
- Air sealing (top and bottom of buildings)
- Installing ventilation to improve indoor air quality
- Improving duct work
- Doing minor structural repairs
- Coaching clients on other ways to save energy
