We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Industrial Sewer to join our production floor. In this role, you will operate heavy-duty sewing machines to assemble our signature leather gloves, ensuring every stitch meets our rigorous quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Machine Operation: Operate industrial sewing machines (single and double needle) to join pre-cut leather pieces according to specific glove patterns.
- Quality Control: Inspect each piece during and after production for alignment, consistent stitching, and craftsmanship.
- Material Handling: Select suitable raw materials according to the specific product type
- Routine Maintenance: Perform basic machine care, such as oiling, changing needles, and clearing threads to ensure optimal performance.
- Workflow Support: Coordinate with the cutting and assembly teams to maintain a steady production pace and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Experience: Prior experience with industrial sewing or leatherwork is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate who has strong manual dexterity, work ethic and a desire to learn.
- Attention to Detail: An eye for precision is critical for maintaining the high standards our customers expect.
