Bradford, VT | Full-Time |Starting at $$/hour with potential for higher pay based on experience.
Earn an additional $1/hour for Saturday and Sunday shifts!
Plus, get $1/hour extra on company-observed holidays, in addition to holiday pay (double pay!) if you work on the holiday.

What You’ll Do as a Medication Coordinator
- Support and oversee residents’ self-administration of medications in accordance with training, policies, and regulations.
- Manage medication systems, including receiving, organizing, packing, and monitoring medications, refills, and PRNs.
- Maintain accurate medication records (MARs) and documentation within the electronic health record to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate with clients, treatment team members, prescribers, and pharmacies regarding medication needs, changes, and renewals.
- Assist with scheduling medical appointments and communicating relevant updates to the care team.
- Monitor for medication errors or discrepancies, ensure timely reporting, and support corrective actions as needed.
- Assist with staff training, competency support, and medication-related education in collaboration with nursing and leadership.

Schedule Details
- Full-time position
- Primarily weekday schedule with occasional evenings and/or weekends as needed.
- Flexibility required to support program and emergency staffing needs.
- Travel between locations and occasional overnight training may be required.
What You Need to Join Our Team
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Strong organizational, communication, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new systems.
- Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in direct care or supporting adults with mental health needs.
- Education in a human service–related field
- Working knowledge of mental health diagnoses and person-centered care
- Certification as a Clinical Medical Assistant or comparable experience
- CPR/First Aid certification
