Overview

The Secretary of State's Office (SoS) consists of five outward-facing divisions and operates as a fee-based agency, receiving no State General Fund support. The office conducts an annual revenue sweep to the General Fund.
The Financial Administrator II serves as the primary staff member responsible for accounts payable and accounts receivable and reports to the Administrative Services Director. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of funding streams and experience processing transactions across those streams.
