Job Description
As a dual-role Valet and Concierge, you are the heartbeat of our arrival experience. You will handle the logistics of arrival while providing top-tier hospitality.
The Warm Welcome: Greet all guests enthusiastically upon arrival, opening doors and assisting with luggage and ski/snowboard equipment.
Valet Services: Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles in various weather conditions, maintaining strict organization of keys and vehicle locations.
Concierge Duties: Act as a local expert! Answer guest questions about lift tickets, trail conditions, hotel amenities, and the best spots to grab a bite in East Burke.
Support: Assist the Front Desk team as needed to ensure a smooth check-in/check-out flow.
Safety: Maintain a clean and safe driveway/entryway area (shoveling/salting as needed during those famous Vermont snow days).
