Overview

HireAbility Vermont is recruiting for a Career Training and Education Coach to join our dynamic team in Barre. The CTE Coach will provide time-limited on-site support for participants with disabilities in two settings: education/training settings and/or on the job site. This position may provide support prior to, during and/or after a participant’s work schedule. This might include direct, one-to-one support at job sites to provide hands-on job training in a workplace to help the participant become fully independent in a place, train, fade model. After the participant has become stable on the job the CTE Coach may provide periodic check-ins with the participant and/or their supervisor.
