Summary
Northeast Kingdom Human Services (NKHS) is seeking a dedicated and experienced Adult Outpatient Program Manager to coordinate and oversee clinical services for adults receiving outpatient mental health and substance use support. In this leadership role, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team and serve as a key connection between staff, clients, community resources and community partners.
You will lead and support a committed team of counselors, case managers, care coordinators, and peer support specialists. Together, you’ll provide advocacy, education, referrals, and care management to clients in the Northeast Kingdom — ensuring that each person receives individualized, compassionate, and comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate care across internal teams and community providers.
- Provide clinical supervision to counselors and case managers.
- Support quality and utilization management efforts including peer review, outcome tracking, and client feedback.
- Manage a small clinical caseload.
